I had a wonderful experience. Lady who tried to hook was patient to hook up the trailer. After thorough inspection brake light and indicators were not working. The gentlemen quickly jumped and with lightening speed troubleshooting, found out that it was due to bad fuse in my suv. He not only quickly replaced it and has not charged for the fix and it was all in pouring rain. Very happy and will use the service again.

We rented a truck, blankets, and two types of dollies. We arrived a few minutes prior to opening as our rental was scheduled for right when they opened. The last time I had been here, there was a long line and the checkout process is slow with each customer. We were on a tight timeline and couldn’t wait an hour in line. The lady that assisted us was not friendly and a little condescending. Instead of a curt “Wait there. We’re not open yet.” A better customer service approach would have been “Good morning. I’ll be able to welcome you inside the store once we open momentarily.” She also gave incorrect information about whether the trucks had to go through weigh stations. The correct answer is not a universal no. Research each state you will be traveling through. This location didn’t have all of the equipment I had reserved. I also asked for the truck to be inspected. She said it already had been when checked in. She handed me the keys and pointed at the truck considering the transaction as done. When we inspected the truck, there was obvious unmarked damage going down the side of the truck. She and the owner and came to look at the truck surprised that they missed it on check-in. I’m giving this two stars instead of one star because the owner appeared to be genuine and not dismissive.
The truck also only had a little over a quarter of a tank of gas, requiring an extra stop prior to loading and then calculating the burn rate of fuel to make sure I didn’t over fill it. UHaul states they do not provide credit for overfilling the tanks.
