Everyone was great. I was very happy with first month free offer. Also location was perfect for me. In addition to the rental units, I also rented a truck. It was surprisingly inexpensive.

Someone at the Brentwood location is pocketing extra money that was not due! We returned our U-Haul truck on Friday afternoon, 9/20, when it was not due back until the next morning. It was inspected and we were told all good. Got a phone call the next day saying we were late turning the truck in. We returned the call and explained that we actually turned it in early. Was given the phone number of Brentwood's manager to discuss with him. We called, left a voice message which call was never returned. Today, 9/22, we received a receipt for an extra day’s charge! We are not happy!

Was transferred to this location from another. Picked up a car trailer. Staff was super accommodating being short staffed and were attentive to our questions. Small lot for all the trucks and trailers. Those who worked on 9/7/24 could definitely used some help as they did get busy there!!!
