U-Haul Moving & Storage of Costa Mesa

I recently rented truck from u-haul twice. I like how smooth the reservation process, pick up and drop off (after hours, self service) process is. The condition of the trucks and driving experience is also great.

What I hate is the fuel level not being full at the pick up. This makes refilling tricky. Even after following the scale U-Haul prints with the contract, both times I filled up more than the pickup level.
They charge for not refilling the fuel to initial level. So if their calculation causes overage, they should refund for fuel too.

Not cool. Sneaky.

I use this uhaul regularly. Never had an issue and if something doesn’t work out they always figure it out! The lady manager is always accomodating and understanding. Other Uhaul offices could learn a thing or two from these guys!

Truck was ready when I arrived. Representative was on his game and gave me all the info quickly and thoroughly. Will use again!

These guys have a total of 3 parking spots for all customers while renting dozens of trucks. They make you go and park your car in a 'residential' area a mile away. Kinda crazy I can't leave my car at the rental place while renting their equipment...

Probably one of the best locations I have ever rented from actually they are a great team sets the bar high!
