The staff were excellent- all very knowledgeable and friendly. The truck was well maintained and trouble free.

Recently rented a truck from here. On returning the truck, we made a comment that we were waiting in the truck for 10 minutes for someone to come out, and nobody did, so we went inside to get someone's attention. Following this, one of the employees (young, Asian guy, did not catch his name) followed us out to our car as we were leaving claiming we were talking behind his back and trying to start a fight. I don't know how this person is able to work in a customer service position with an attitude like that.

Both gentlemen that helped me were very helpful and kind. Didn’t know how easy it was to rent from U-Haul. I would definitely do it again.
