The checkin, hook up, and drop off were seamless! The newer 5’ x 8’ trailer hookup with wire cables instead of chains was nice and the fold down trailer door was a bonus!

The person working there was so kind and went above and beyond. He was great. We extended our rental and I brought the truck right after closing. I'd planned to do the app return, but he stuck around and helped even though I absolutely didn't expect him to. Really wonderful experience.
