U-Haul Moving & Storage of Crystal

The guys working here were SO helpful! I had to rent two different vehicles over a few different days to complete my move. Not only did they remember me the second time, they made my check-in process as simple as could be. :) I hope I don’t move any time soon, but if I do I hope I can use this location again.

Every time I go to the Crystal, MN location the gentlemen that are working are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and have great attitudes. I recommend this location to anyone who is in need of any type of moving truck!!!

First off the employee I was working smelt like weed, my truck I rented at 1/2 a tank and they wanted me to return it with more gas, miles were off so I took pictures before and after renting, returning was a nightmare it was 1pm and one guy working with a line of people while I caught the other employees yet again smoking in the back, go to the Plymouth location and thank me later

Store manager is super nice & made transaction worry free.
