Windshield wiper blade was missing, gas tank was below 1/4 tank when picking up the truck, a window had been left open overnight and it rained so the interior was wet. Reserved 1 dozen furniture blankets when making the reservation several days in advance but they were not all available on the day of picking up the equipment, only got 6.

Ease of transferring reservation from remote only facility who ran out of 10' trucks to nearby staffed which was able to meet all my needs. On-line process for returning truck was easy to use and very straightforward. Looking forward to renting again with this U-Haul location!

Everyone from the counter salesman to the equipment guy 'David' that helped me with the trailer connection was great.

I would certainly reccomend to others and will surely be back.

Your team makes the process very easy.

I also observed them dealing with some upset customer and I noticed how they all worked as a team to help them. The 4 staff that were in over the weekend all worked very hard and it was so hot outside. You have a great team there.
