Very smooth experience, had some glitches in self check out, but it worked miraculously after multiple attempts. Wish the help center picks up calls with shorter wait time to help customers for self check out in the night, a robotic assistance can also help guide us with the app.

Everyone was very helpful and we had no problems at all with the truck. Everything was also explained very well. I would highly recommend!

The truck was good to drive, no issues. Reasonably new, 35000 miles. Everything was accessible via mobile. Got some time to figure out all the controls. Got a good rate by booking early. The truck had low air in one tire. The staff dismissed it as due to cold (if it were due to cold, it should be low on all tires). The air hose did not have a nozzle. Filled air on the way, and the pressure was low on the same tire after few days.

Deceptive and overcharged. Did not honor the contract and manager was unprofessional
