Give my boy Johnny a bonus. He's the most helpful, kindest human! The 5 stars are for him. However, stop marking the gas and mileage wrong, 1 star for uhaul. Happens every single time.

Super helpful staff the weekend of June 8th. Got a trailer and it was easy out easy in.

Fantastic customer service at this location! Organized, super friendly, and very knowledgeable of all their products. They were able to answer all my questions about my reservation, recommend other products, give tips, and I was in and out in like 20 minutes. Made my move-out day smooth and I had one less thing to stress about. My advice though is get there EARLY if you have a Saturday pick up. Even at 8am there was already a line (though, again, the crew here was so fast and organized without making me feel rushed).

The gas level was marked wrong on the contract. It was marked full but wasn’t completely full. I had an appointment to get to and I’m dealing with a health issue that limits my ability to walk a lot. Figured I would correct it when I returned. Told the worker upon returning the van. He asked if i had a picture. I had taken a video showing the starting mileage and gas level. When i showed him he acknowledged the difference. he switched up and said there’s nothing he can do about it. Uhm, then why did you ask for a picture? It was about a $7-$10 discrepancy in cost. So they charge .79 per mile, insurance, plus the base price of the van, which really adds up, then refuse to correct an issue they created by marking the wrong gas level. Bad customer service!
