U-Haul Moving & Storage of Cuyahoga Falls

Staff were decently friendly. I had ordered a smaller U-Haul as I wasn't moving enough to warrant the large truck. I also reserved a dolly when I reserved the truck. On the day of pick up I was told they had no dollies left. Also gave me a larger truck as they didn't have the smaller one I reserved anymore. I understand things happen but someone could have reached out beforehand. The whole point of doing a reservation is to reserve that piece of equipment.

The truck they gave me was clearly very old. I was concerned it was going to die the whole time I was driving it. Thankfully it wasn't a far move. No way I would have taken that on the freeway for a long distance.

I was told I wouldn't be charged for the dolly since they didn't have it or be charged the larger size truck since they didn't have the one I reserved but I was charged for both.

Next time I'll choose a different location.

Everything went according to plan. The employees were quick and helpful.
