U-Haul Moving & Storage of Cuyahoga Falls

The 2 guys I worked with today were friendly and efficient and answered all my questions. After a terrible experience with a local moving company that ended up with my furniture not being moved, I appreciate the ease of this transaction even more. I plan to rent a big truck this weekend to finish the job, and will continuously recommend this location.

Had a nice young lady help me with all my storage and truck rental needs.

#1. It was a very cold morning and as I was wandering around the parking lot looking at every license plate to find my truck that was assigned to me, I was already dreading hopping up into a cold cab with vinyl seats, shivering for five minutes until the truck warmed up. To my surprise it was pre-warmed. Love it! It made the start of my big day ahead of me much more pleasant. Thank you! It’s the little things.

#2. When I returned my truck, I had left something on the dashboard. Even though it looked unimportant, they called me anyway to see if I wanted it. Indeed I did!
