It all went smoothly!!! Young guy working was very pleasant!!

The experience was simple from beginning to end!!! The associate took her time to explain everything and answer all my questions! She was very patient and informative! I appreciate her for making the experience as painless as possible! I felt confident in the vehicle, its reliability and the return process all because of her! I hate that I didnt get her name but she works at the Danville Va. office and I came it Friday around 12 to reserve! Pick up Saturday also went well and the drop off process in Jacksonville! I had a great UhAul experience overall and reasonable for what we needed it for!! Highly satisfied

I was greeted within three minutes of entering the store by a cordial female representative. The agent quickly reviewed the truck I was returning and sent me on my way. I did feel that the lot was a bit overcrowded, and I was unsure where to park my personal vehicle. There was a spot where we were able to park the truck we were returning. I would recommend that they expand their outdoor lot to ease the flow of U-Haul traffic and clearly designate where personal vehicles should be parked. Inside the store it seemed that there was a lot of products present and made it appear that it was tight and crowded. This was my observation and no way impacts upon the level of great service I received.

The customer service from Omari, Maddie and Josh is tremendous. You won't find nicer, more qualified people anywhere. This day and time it's very difficult to find good customer service!!
The Danville VA location is great and the 3 employees mentioned in my comments are great. So these people and this location get 5 stars from me.

Travis and Dante saved our day last week. Needed a way to transport a vehicle quick. They made sure we were set to roll and went over everything thoroughly. Made sure we knew how to use the ramps, straps, and more on the trailer. Would absolutely go back there if I need anything else. With the amount of vehicles uhaul supplies them with they make their tight parking lot work and get you in and out without an issue. Thanks again.
