Scheduled a hitch installation service…staff very laid back…told me they couldn’t finish the wiring due to some reasons…but the signal wiring harness worked well without issue?? Not sure what happened but they didn’t do a bad job..

Josh was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me and very kind. Places need more people like him

Not a very pleasant experience at all. With the exception of the lady at the desk being one of the most polite person I met today, the rental was a horrible experience. I wasn't able to see the agent in person. He only spoke to me over the business phone in the office. I sign a log sheet that wasn't an official document in any way. They never asked me for my identification. Anyone could of walked in at took the truck and never returned it. The driver headlight was not working. The gas needle was full when I got in. Pulled out to the road and it dropped to 3/4 full. I think because it was parked on a steep hill. When I returned it 3 hours later, still was not able to meet the agent. I had to mobile check it in during business hours.
