picked up 10 boxes. walked to the counter to purchase. was told I could only buy six cuz that's all that are in stock. large trucks are parked so close to the road that I could barely see to get out. almost had an accident.

Edit: a month or more later they just charged me AGAIN! This is unbelievable.

Returned a trailer within a 24 hour period and was charged for 2 days. After a week of back and forth, I got my money back that they stole. Well another week goes by and they charge me again...I guess they decided they could just do whatever they wanted since they had my bank card info. It's weird they harassed me multiple times a day regarding the money but now they won't respond once they stole money back again and overcharged my account. I'll never do business with uhaul again. Consider changing the name to 'westeal'.

Pros - Nice staff, clean facilities, free to use carts inside. Cons - Very tight parking / load and unload area, U-Haul trucks are hard to load and unload because the only entrance is on a semi truck dock.
