Everything was good. I use this location a few times a year. The associates are always helpful and friendly.

I had an amazing experience with this U-Haul location! Jael at the front desk made my rental incredibly easy and stress free. He was able to get me a truck and all the accessories I needed in no time at all. Highly recommended!

The truck was in awful shape. Drove like crap. Needed work badly. 2 stars only because it was clean. Rude staff, very dismissive, and try to charge you for things you did not use.

Danvers U-Haul staff are kind, courteous, efficient and helpful. Salem U-Haul has a serious problem yesterday when I went to pick up my van in Salem, I forgot my phone I had already uploaded my license. I had my credit card. I was ready to go. The supervisor said he couldn’t verify it was me and made me go back. Get my phone and return This added an hour and a half to a very long day when I returned I told him it was gonna be hard to get back by five since there was a delay He then proceeded to tell me he was not gonna rent to me. He was rude belittling and obviously on some weird power trip. Your Danvers staff was wonderful. Your Salem supervisor needs help.
