However, I do have a major complaint. Not about the location but about U-Haul as a company.
I was confirmed a reservation for 8/30 from 3pm to 8/31 at 12:30 pm at one location, only to get a message the day before my move that my reservation, even though it had been confirmed by the representative, was changed to 8/30 from 7 am to 7:30pm the same day at a totally different location. That schedule was simply not going to work for me, but there was nothing anyone could do for me, I was told.
So, I HAD to take what I was given, drive and pay for the extra 17 miles and the gas each way to my location and back to the store, and have use of the truck for only 4 hours, which was not nearly enough to complete my move. I yet have to see the $50 credit I was told I would receive.
So extremely disappointed in U-Haul and I will sadly send my review to google for others to be aware.

5 Stars for Customer Service with Tatiyanna!!! I went into the store to get supplies for our move. I didn’t know where to start and how to envision a strategy. She helped me through the entire thing with patience, insight and amazing suggestions. SO GRATEFUL!! Customer Service is an Art and she is a master at it!! In a world were the connection piece is becoming less and less, she is a GEM and Treasure. Moving is a BIG deal and can add a lot of stress. Having a solid plan makes things a lot less stressful. Thank you Tatiyanna!!!
