U-Haul Moving & Storage of De Pere

Automatically adding safe trip coverage when reserving online should be illegal. I did not want this coverage and I thought I declined this coverage when clicking on the X. Nope!!! Absolutely disappointed!

The whole process was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable and affordable.

I know there's other places to rent trucks and trailers but why would you go anywhere else?

These guys are always the nicest and kindest and to go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need.

They may not be the cheapest on the planet but you know what if you want crap go somewhere else because you're not going to get crap here. The only thing you get at U-Haul is good stuff... And nice honest Americans.

I would especially say a couple shout outs for U-Haul for renting their units one way... So while you peolpe living in California and New York that actually want to move to Florida.

You can get those U-Hauls but we suggest you move to Michigan.

I brought my 2019 Honda Odyssey for a hitch installation. I got a call from the Tech saying that he broke one of the weld nuts inside the frame and was uncomfortable proceeding. I explained that there are alternatives to fixing that and he could tap the other holes before breaking them. he said they did not have the equipment and he was uncomfortable proceeding. Wow, so much for a specialized hitch installer. I took it home and did it myself.

Water from the truck roof was leaking, I noticed it very late when I was unloading the items. It damaged my costly bad. I stopped the leaking water by putting a piece of cloth to absorb the water but it was too late. Will never use U-Haul in the future.
