U-Haul Moving & Storage of De Pere

We recently utilized this Uhaul for a recent move; and I have to say the entire experience was seamless; super easy; and just organized and wonderful. On top of that; when we were returning the truck; a employee noticed my 3 year old son admiring all the trucks and trailers and she took the time to greet us and grab him a cute uhaul piggy bank which he loved. Just going the extra mile for us for no reason. Thank you so much!

Uhaul DePere has the nicest staff. I had a hitch installed on my Toyota Corolla so I could tow a bike rack. My hitch was not the easiest to install due to my car model but the hitch pros did a great job and never once gave up.

The rates you charge are getting extreme that is my only complaint, I had my rate changed at least 4 times. Consistent pricing is what your customers want.

I don’t recommend this U-Haul location. When my family and I were struggling we put all of our belongings there and we had our personal possessions storages there too and they auctioned it all off and now thanks to them there’s people running around with my name and social security, so thank you so much U-Haul for making people struggle so much more it’s so appreciated ☺️ and I’ve never had any type of experience like that from storage places. It should be illegal to sell people’s personal things like that it’s just so wrong!

Great service, I had a hard time getting my ID out of my wallet pouch. They try hard to help me get it out great team that was. 6/9/23
