My wife and I have rented multiple times from Uhaul this past year. We've rented trailers MULTIPLE times and have two storage units. I thought that both our units had a cc on file but apparently we didn't. I got a call a couple days after the date to tell me my payment was late. I immediately went to the website and paid and was nailed with a $20 late fee. Heaven forbid a call the day of or the next just ding me with a late fee. Seems incredibly petty considering all the business we have done with Uhaul this year.

Failed to tell me my pickup location moved 20 minutes away, found out in person. Thanks.
