I'm giving 5 stars for truly great van/truck rental services provided at this location, and I'm a fourth time returning customer.
Not sure what the other low ratings are reflecting...
I've been to other stores where you wait without even being greeted; not the case here. The general manager is very courteous, and works with you to make the rental experience exceptional. She is wonderful to deal with and very pleasant in general. I've never had a problem with rental charges or equipment. I enjoy doing business here.

Tried to over charge me $50 and didn't want to return my deposit this place is a scam be careful if you go to this location

My service was absolutely horrible. The staff is NOT lgbt friendly, especially Melinda who was the employee who gave us the most issues. She called my wife a 'Sir' (which she isn't either way) and when she politely said actually I'm a women, Melinda proceeded to laugh in her face for the rest of the service, didn't apologize, shrugged and left it at that. She had us pay for the wrong truck, then refunded us and was told there were no other trucks and left with nothing. Whether that was true or not the service is terrible and she needs to be fired. All customer should feel safe and comfortable.

The staff was unkind to us as we attempted to load up furniture from two storage units. They would not allow some us to park new storage to load up. They purposely pulled big box Van's and their personal cars in the way. Shame on them.
