As a loyal U-Haul customer for 13 years, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, I am appalled by the recent treatment I’ve received. A new employee I hired had prior penalties with U-Haul, and now all my employees are flagged, leaving me unable to rent trucks.

This issue has nothing to do with me, yet I’m being unfairly penalized for someone else’s mistakes. U-Haul’s inability to resolve this professionally or offer alternatives is unacceptable. I expected better from a company I’ve supported for over a decade. Terrible service and deeply disappointing.
