U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown Grand Rapids

First of all there were people present in the lobby to help, which is a huge preference for me. Many other locations are empty and it's confusing. The older gentleman was very friendly and chatted with me quite a bit. Very refreshing. Very progressional. I will absolutely return to this specific location due to such a positive experience from front to back.

Very great customer service,Store manager answer all my questions in a way I could under stand it and was VERY VERY kind and understanding and patient with me because I sometimes tend to overthink things,lol.

Incredible service from start to finish. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and the entire process was smooth/stress free.
The vehicle was well maintained and super clean/smelled nice.
Best U-haul experience yet.
