U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown Grand Rapids

I had a great customer service experience at this location. Although there was a small issue with the cargo van I originally reserved not coming up in the system, so I had to use a box truck instead. The gentleman I was working with was very accommodating for the minor inconvenience of the cargo van being unavailable. Wonderful service and made my moving experience a breeze! Would definitely recommend using them.

Needed a U-Haul to move out of my apartment, the entire process provided clear instructions with examples, which I greatly appreciated. The owner and staff were super helpful and just great all around. I ended up dropping the rental off after hours, and it was a simple process and the app walks you through it (which is great because I’m anxious about messing up lol). All in all a great experience and will use them again if/when I’m in the area.
