Waited an hour to get my truck. Other customers came in after me and left long before I was helped. Not impressed with the customer service......

Q and her team of Tanya and Brandon are always so easy to work with ensuring that things run smoothly. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. The truck we order is always there and ready on time. They are wonderful representatives for the UHaul Company as they are pleasant, informed, and accommodate customers' needs. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental truck!

The truck broke down during the reservation period and it had not been driven more than 15 minutes at time, and had not towed nor carried a load . I had to stay up until 3:30 in the morning to wait for results to see if truck was going to be towed or inspected. Then upon calling the store the next morning I was left on hold for well over an hour. Upon answering the lady told me all I would be offered was being absolved from the gas charges (which equaled out to about $25 considering I barely used a quarter tank.

Elevator worked when we rented our top floor unit, but broken when we moved out of the unit. Terrible service, always dirty. Don’t recommend to rent here. I recommend to run away as far as you can.
