Every customer service representative(3) I encountered was courteous, respectful, and professional. Not only with myself but I witnessed them be the exact same with other customers. After a BAD experience at the HOLLYWOOD location, the Lake Street location most definitely made up for it!

My opinion: money is always a factor so it's understood if you have to go to the Hollywood location but my advice would be to bypass and take your business to the lake st location. At the very least you'll feel better about where you spent your money.
