Friendly staff at both locations, pickup and drop off was quick and easy.

This location provided great service. The vehicle was clean and the rental/return process was quick and easy.

Was a customer of almost 3 years.

It wasn't sealed of and insulated like advertised. It flooded and rodents and or birds got inside at some point and I wasn't notified of this. Because of these events they had to break the lock and replace it to which again, I wasn't notified about this either. The locker was rented by myself but the stuff was my friends and the fact I heard about this almost a year later is disappointing. If something happens like flooding that needs to be addressed and notified.

Marcos, the associate that handled my reservation on site, was incredibly professional and 100% prepared for my arrival! This was my 6th time renting a U-Haul and by far the easiest, most convenient and professinal. I’ve never had a bad experience renting from U-Haul, but this visit was by far the easiest. .
