I have used Uhaul about 4 times now and 3 of the times I have had issues. Wrong equipment at pick up, extra fees for their mistakes, and terrible customer service are just a few of my issues with them. Moving can be very stressful and its clear that this companies cares more about taking your money and providing you with the lowest possible service you will accept. I was warned while in the military to not use Uhaul but I didnt listen because I always convinced myself it was convinent. Its not save yourself the trouble and find a moving comapany that actually cares about your stuff.

I liked the quick service once I arrived and the truck worked as expected. They didn’t have an appliance dolly available however.

I’ve come here 99% of the time I need a trailer or truck in San Bernardino. I’ve never had a complaint but today I was compelled to write a review today because I like to believe the staff went the extra mile for me. I have to get my trailer from another location because they don’t have the size I need but I needed a wire connection. Not only did he make sure it was the correct connection, he also installed it for me. Will always come back
