U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown Springfield

Staff was very polite. Went in to see if they had gotten a dolly in, as I got into the car to leave one of the staff walked out to make sure I hadn't dropped my liscense. That was very nice of them

Our experience was great, the advisor on site (Tyrese) was amazing and courteous!
However the constant emails, text messages and phone calls we continued to get from U-haul right after making reservation of truck and all throughout the time we had the truck was very annoying and inconvenient. Weeks before we even got the truck, we kept getting emails and text messages from U-haul about one thing or another and it made the experience confusing and unnecessary.
The actual in-person experience we had at the Uhaul location was VERY impressive and we were very appreciative of the staff we dealt with in person there! Thanks again Tyrese!

My experience was a great one this time . I was treated with respect down to earth calm and collective. Actually both times I was there was great and professional.
