Horrible lack of signage, poor layout of facility and parking lot. When my original reservation location was unable to be accommodated, I had to drive 35 miles to come here. I was NEVER told that the price for the service would increase by $220… very dissatisfied overall with uhaul and this experience.

Uhaul told me my reservation was guaranteed. When I arrived they did not have any trailers to give me.

Waited in the store for over half an hour to rent a hand cart. Finally an employee came in. After about 15 minutes of providing information, when he asked for a third person I needed to list to rent the cart, I decided it would be easier to just buy one from a different. I should have known not to go to this store anymore because on average it takes them at least 20 minutes to send someone out to fill a propane tank. It's not like this place is busy and they are helping people, there is almost never another customer there when I'm there. The employees are just terrible and rude. I will never go back to this store again.

Only thing I would definately recomend for future is to make sure all the products are at the location that someone orders from. Or tell them that they are not when they order, or even call shortly after ordering. Example being that I ordered everything in Hermantown and then was sent to Superior about a day or less before. Luckily Superior was great and had a few of my needed products. But I still had to pay for the extra 60 miles it took to go out to Saginaw where I lived from Superior instead of Hermantown. And then add the now extra stop for the furniture wrap at the Hermantown location. That wasn't ideal. But as far as the SUPERIOR location goes pertaining to inside experience. Much better than H Town ?
