Really and truly do not like this U-Haul in Heremantown constantly slow service and rude U-Haul employees. Every time I've been up there to access my ubox it's been a constant mess. Waits are long. And the phones never work. I'd take your business to the U-Haul in Superior WI. Much better service never had to wait long. Employees way more helpful.

This place is a joke. Super long lines, their computer system hardly works. Take your business somewhere else if you can!

Rented from this place twice, overall I got what I needed but nothing worked as intended and there were issues both times. First time I was double charged, still waiting for a refund. The second time the truck wasn't ready, the check engine light was on when I finally got a truck. The app and website have not worked either time, freezes anytime you have to upload a picture and uploading the picture is required to continue. Not a smooth experience, but not many other choices around. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Most issues are with U-Haul and their systems.

To make this short and to the point. We had a hitch put on our newly purchased Chevrolet equinox to later find the tail light (where the installer connected the wires) the light was now broken, cracked. It was not broken before the install.
Less importantly, it took 2 separate appointments to have a hitch installed, as they did not have the proper wiring available at the 1st appointment. Unprofessional..
We had to pay almost $400 to replace the light. The Hermantown UHaul ignored our complaint. And the Corporate office ignored our complaints.
