U-Haul Moving & Storage of Duncanville

It was a smooth start and finish … from pickup to drop off… Mikaela was amazing and so friendly as was the young lady who was there when we dropped it off .. Thank you ladies for all your help and kindness … we’ll be back !!!

While my storage experience in Duncanville was a disappointment, my truck rental experience from Oklahoma City was great. It was easy to reserve and pick up the truck. However, my storage experience was not. In Oklahoma City, I was able to see and walk in the storage space I rented for Duncanville before I accepted the 1-month free offer and subsequent monthly rental. Its small size provided space for the few large things I needed to store. The storage space in Duncanville was completely different and extremely smaller from what I was shown in Oklahoma. I liken the OKC space to a closet and the Duncanville space to a box. Shameful. But thank you Oklahoma City. Not so much Duncanville.

The process was fast and professional. The customer service provided was great!

Friendly, helpful staff. Not much parking though.
