U-Haul Moving & Storage of Duncanville

Horrible. Y’all took money from me and I did not move out 10/17/24, I moved out 10/9/2024. I still have my receipt from the payment I made that same day to get my things. Your service is horrible. And you guys stole my money to get November rent. And I was gone way before that time. I will be writing a letter to the corporate office and request for a full refund.

U-haul storage in Duncanville was safe, secure and the staff was very friendly. The manager, Mikaela, was super cool and always had a helpful answer for every question I had!

My problems what so ever. Perfect experience
