U-Haul Moving & Storage of Dutchtown

Awful. Brought our propane tank in to get filled. We were told to go outside and ring the bell at the fill up station. We did that and not 2 min later an employee stuck her head out the door and said 'no more propane today' ...oh, great. Will NOT be returning to this location, terrible customer service.

I had a knife pulled on me at this facility that I spent over $500 at. No physical security whatsoever and anyone can enter through an open garage door. No wonder the police said they are called to this U-Haul location frequently. Cheority and the staff could not have been less helpful if they tried. No one apologized to me and Cheority asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I will never be back here and if you are wise, you will choose a different storage facility as well. If I could give them zero stars I would. Also, isn't it funny they only respond to the positive reviews and pretend they don't see the negative ones?

The staff was nice and very helpful. They educated me on the things that I needed for my move.
