U-Haul Moving & Storage of Dutchtown

I've always chosen U- Haul for Rental of vehicles and was always satisfied with the out come of business.

Super easy and convenient. I highly recommend.

I was highly disappointed with the online check-in process. It took nearly 20 minutes, only to assign me a truck that was being driven away by another customer as I arrived. I then had to go inside, wait an additional 30 minutes, and have a clerk assign me a different truck. What was supposed to be a quick and easy online booking and pickup process turned into over an hour of frustration.

As for the truck itself, the driving experience was nerve-wracking. The steering had about an inch of play, making it feel unstable and unsafe, especially on the highway. I had to stay under the speed limit and stick to the right lane just to feel remotely safe. While I’m not sure if this is typical of the 10’ truck due to its design or simply an issue of poor maintenance, I won’t be taking my chances again. I’ll be exploring other options for my next rental.
