U-Haul Moving & Storage of Dutchtown

The greed is obvious here at Uhaul, they are so far from human that they charge $297 when I dropped off the moving truck at the same Uhaul location that I just moved our stuff into a storage unit at, makes no sense, Cheroty at Uhaul says she is the only one who can make these decisions and refuses to decrease the charges stating that I was supposed to take the truck somewhere else. The staff took the keys from me and said it I was good to go but Cheroty says they aren't resposible for the trucks. Which makes me wonder why they took the key then...
In hindsight, I should be contacting a personal injury attorney regarding the truck's ride since it injured my back for over a week... pure agony.
I have a BBA in Marketing with a 3.5 GPA and to me it seems that Uhaul preys on people who are already being stressed out like me and so scatter-brained from the move that I still can hardly think that I must have clicked something wrong on their misleading app... This company is monopolizing the industry with their trucks and storage in one facility but I will find alternatives after being treated like dirt. Buyers beware!!

I didn't know that they charged $1.29 per mile on the weekends. I only put 12 miles on it so not a big deal. They charged me 6.29 for 2 gallons of gas, even though I returned it with the amount of gas I picked it up with. The air conditioner blew hot air and we had to wait for the mirror to be repaired before we left. Staff was very nice.

The guys working inside were very not interested in thier work. Seemed to busy on their phones.
