U-Haul Moving & Storage of E Ridge

U- haul is great ! Our truck had a mechanical issue ( stuff happens only had 4,300 miles ) but it wasn’t the problem but the way they got a new truck to us and got us back on the road. Can’t say enough good things about everyone at u-haul.

Andrew and Andrew - they saved us after a one way haul from Florida! We were scheduled to have a car hauler detached/dropped off at the Mighty Mini location on. E Brainerd - they were to close at 5pm. I even called on the drive to confirm and when we arrived at 4pm, a sign on the door saying they closed early. Called the Ringgold location and Andrew (and the other Andrew) were welcoming and took us in (and our trailer and truck!).

Truck was available as request we and the gentleman that ch rd ck we me out was very helpful. Andrew then helped me tremendously on my return and then check in.
