U-Haul Moving & Storage of E Ridge

I had already rented with u-haul on other occasions and it was always pleasant service, but a moment ago I went to this place and they treated me with so much racism that I preferred to go somewhere else...Put a sign saying that they only serve citizens northmericans and that problem is over...I don't recommend it for my Hispanic people...

I was scheduled to pick up at 7am a the guy there that morning, he was a bit older and I think his name was Daniel not sure, but regardless he never acknowledged any of the customers and the door was still locked at 7 and when I asked him how did I get my U-Haul he had to rudest attitude like I inconvenienced him. The other ladies there spoke up to him but if he doesn’t like his job he needs to move on because customer service is everything especially when it comes to picking up something.

Forcing you to put gas is the truck before use is absolutely stupid. The truck should be full and fuel should be replaced. I shouldn't have to go fuel before I start my move. Thanks for wasting my time.
