I made a reservation online, by using the UHAUL web site. I was in and out in less that fifteen minutes. I would suggest using the website vs. calling or walking in. Have them email your receipts. This saves another few minutes waiting for the receipt . They are a good company to rent equipment from. The equipment is in decent shape and clean. They need a technology boost,, and this store would be in my top 'five'. The new store manager at this location is really busting his behind to make this store more attractive to potentially new customers. He has a good repour with repeat customers. When you have moving needs, make UHAUL MOVING AND STORAGE IN EAST ALTON, IL., your number one choice. You will not be disappointed.

Attempted to rent a trailer from this location, have rented plenty from U-Haul in the past. The rental was being done with my credit card, and upon arrival was asked for an alternate contact person and phone number. This has never been asked of me before and again this is not a cash transaction. This has been secured with a credit card so in my mind, there is no need to give anybody else’s information out. U-Haul you need to change your policy here.
