Had a great experience taking my car to the East Brunswick Uhaul facility for a hitch installation so we could carry our bikes with us on an upcoming trip.

Roger took the time to explain everything that he would need to do before starting the work and then showed me exactly what was done once completed. He explained things in very simple terms, took time to answer questions, and then showed me everything once the work was completed. Roger was great!

I booked a 12pm appointment and my car was taken in right at 12pm and done in the approximate timeframe that was previously communicated. The price was the exact amount I was quoted when I booked the appointment.

I interacted with a few other employees at this facility whose names I didn’t capture but they were all very pleasant and professional (I waited for my car at their facility). Overall, a great experience and definitely a place that I would return.
