It took us almost 2 hours to rent our truck due to the glitches in the UHaul computer system. Uhaul has it set up so that the attendee has to take a picture of your driver's license in their PERSONAL cell phone and upload it into the system via a QR code. I was shocked at the security risk that the company expects of their customers. There were many other issues in progressing through the system to rent our truck. Then when we went outside to get the truck, you had to pull up the rental in your phone app and mark any existing damage to the truck, but the sun was so bright you could barely see the photo in the app, and it would not accept any marking entries. It was so stressful!
