Gm stands firm that her staff can do no wrong. Don't bother making a reservation with storage units as per her words they will sell your unit from under you and reservations mean nothing. They'll refuse to do storage reservations so I had to do mine in denver where I was told they not only should have done it but I'd would've been lucky to get a reservation. Any sort of attempt to address any wrong doing by staff is treated as an attack on her staff and you'll be refused. Just avoid this location if possible and you'll avoid all of this headache possible loss of hundreds of dollars.

I originally would have given the 2nd St location 5 stars for my experience with UBoxes. However now I rate them at 1 ? due to a horrible experience while trying to unload them and put in different storage. I inadvertently left a small child's desk (it was my mom's) in the bay and someone took it. I have talked to them and left messages for it's return. I've asked for video and nothing. I'm disappointed and heartbroken ?
