U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Cheyenne

I've been a provider with Uhaul Movinghelp for 4 years, and I've never encountered such a high level of unprofessionalism. Paul Johnson identified himself as the marketing President of Uhaul in Wyoming and was working the desk. He was completely uninformed and unable to answer any questions and proceeded to raise his voice, threaten, and deny us access to a trailer, without allowing us to provide documentation that a vehicle with a 10,000+ towing capacity can pull a 8500 lb trailer. In addition, he was unable to provide ANY level of customer service himself. He had to call 2 other people on the phone to walk him through, and eventually take over the normal dispatch process completely. This whole process caused a wait time of 90 minutes as the only person in the store. Completely unacceptable.

Pretty good selection but trying to find some one to help you is the reason four stars.

Had to wait for forklift driver to arrive but he got the work done fast.
