U-Haul Moving & Storage of East Lake

I paid to extend my truck rental, and yet this place called me 3 days before my new return date threatening to file a police report. (One day after my original return date) Not worth the hassle. ?

Awesome place!!! They were quick and friendly and I really appreciate them for making it so easy to rent a uhual truck from them when we needed it especially last minute.

Took the attendant nearly 15 minutes to help me with propane even though the store was empty. However, once she helped me, filling went smoothly.

This is the second time we’ve used the Eastlake location. Both times were great. The check in was fast and efficient and the staff was very helpful.

Completely incompetent people work here. I made an appointment on the 8th only to be told on the 19th they couldn't do the install. So these geniuses waited 11 days before deciding they could do anything. How dumb are the people that work here?
