The ppl there are awesome, I'm mad at 'the system' I signed up for everything and it waited until I was at the uhaul to pick up the truck to start 'verifying my identity' when I could have done that says prior. I'm here for the truck. 30 mins, 4 ID photos and a 'please wait for us to contact your additional contact to verify your identity' later, I just had to go in and go through the whole process anyway

From the first second, on the first day, over two years and counting this has been the BEST U-haul staff EVER. Amazing inventory, availability, OUTSTANDING service. No shocking price increases, hands on helpful, patient and caring assistance from management and store personnel. Well worth the drive to get treated like a VIP repeatedly. On a scale of 1-10, they rate 10+

The manager, Kayla is not at all helpful when problem solving. Moving is stressful enough as it is… this is my 3rd time calling in regard to the charges for delivery when I already paid for pick up and delivery. I was told it was a one time charge and would need to call once I have delivery address. I already paid $300 to pick up my pods and rent them plus monthly storage of almost $200 a month and now to get them actually delivered… she wants me to pay $99 AGAIN! After I was told it was a one time fee. Her delivery to problem solve and delivery great customer service is bottom tier and would like an actual manager to call me to resolve this situation. At this time would not recommend Uhaul and will file dispute.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. The guy with the ZZTop beard walks away mumbling when asked questions. I was accused of doing things I didn't do such as hitting low hanging trees due to yellow roof tabs laying down. I stayed on US highways driving 6 miles from one apartment to the next, which was Mckinney to Melissa. I mentioned that he could check the GPS and see exactly where I'd been and long beard dude snapped back mumbling. He was constantly saying he needed to look for further damage due to yellow tabs laying down. I paid for the insurance but left feeling uneasy not ever wanting to rent a UHaul ever again. I've traveled extensively and have rented many vehicles and have never had such a horrible experience.
