Staff were not helpful. Reserved online, showed up, and their computers were down. So, she told me call a customer service rep at the 1-800 number to try to figure it out. As I’m standing in front a customer service rep. Unbelievable. We cancelled and went to Penske in Easton. Customer service was a million times better. Easton Grand Rental who rented out penske trucks and trailers were so accommodating and professional. We had an issue with our car trailer and they called the Penske supervisor had us figured out and on our way with a good discount for the inconvenience. I’ll never use U-Haul. I will for now on work with Penske. Thank you to the New Market U-Haul for making us realize who the clear choice was for renting our box trucks.

I have used this facility, as well as the moving trucks, and have never been disappointed. The staff is great and the facility is safe and well maintained.
