As with any home move, there are many things needing to be coordinated. Returning the rental truck should not be an added hassle. This return was quick and easy. Maybe only taking a total of five minutes from pulling up to the return area to getting into my car. ba-da-bing Many other things to do. Thank you.

There was a posted price that was different than what they wanted to charge. I said well what is that price. They said they just haven't taken it down. I say aren't you suppose to honor that. I got shut down real quick. I'm upset but let it ride. 4 months later it is still up. I took a picture of it. First time is a mistake. The second time is completely unacceptable. I ask to speak with a manager and they will not let me. Wonder what will happen when my lawyer contacts them. ?

Manager over charged me lied and states vehicle was driven 400 miles also added extension fees and tried to make my bill as high as possible after returning vehicle not expecting the extra charges and fees definitely don’t recommend using this uhaul facility especially if Sam aka manager is working definitely will suck you dry

Just got a hitch installed on my 2013 Explorer. The price was amazing and I was quoted 3 hours and the tech was done in less than 2! The woman at the desk was so nice (despite the unnecessarily angry customer she was dealing with when I arrived to pick up my vehicle). She answered my questions and got me set up with my warranties. 100%would recommend a hitch install here (wayyyyy cheaper than anyone else I called too!)
