U-Haul Moving & Storage of East New Market

My first time using U-haul in East New Market in a very long time. They were in the smaller office in different building last time. The woman with dark hair who helped me 7-26, 7-27, and 7-28 to check my vehicle 7-26, lift and hook up the trailer 7-27, and receive it back 7-28 is a 10 out of 10 in customer service. She explained I needed a larger ball hitch and verified I had an adaptor on 7-26, she explained the reasons why she twisted the chains between trailer and my vehicle, explained the third brake chain on 7-27, and let me keep a couple blankets on 7-28 that I had rented. I plan to come back and would highly recommend the store to others. One small thing was I had to buy the furniture dolly for $20 that I signed up to rent for $7 on-line. But, given she gave me a couple of blankets and the price was only $20, no big deal. I was very impressed with the prices compared to Walmart or other stores for items I checked. The biggest positive was the customer service by that particular employee - again 10/10.

Black over wieght kid front desk has zero manners. I confronted him, he said he was having a bad day. So he try’s to let his frustration on customer. SMH hope a manager address this poor behavior besides that facility look brand new
