New style of hitch ball quick-connect SUX @$$... so noisy while driving and can't tighten like old style. I do like the bike-lock-cable instead of the hard chain for the safety clips tho...

Service was great! My 2 interactions with representatives were smooth and seemless. Very quick in and out. I wish all of my customer experiences were like this. Unfortunately becoming more rare in this age where money and profit are placed first.

This location has really great staff who have the time to help you with the rental process. So nice to arrive and be able to quickly complete all the paperwork. The truck and supplies were ready to go on a really busy moving day. Great experience

Nothing is more important to me (35 yr. Amtrak cutomer service trainer) than good service. Ive used this location 2 maybe 3 times and every employee has been approachable, courteous, funny and informative. Do you know how many different businesses today have young REPS that dont even greet an approaching customer, smile or RESPOND to a customers greeting?? It happens constantly. I had options but I chose you again and Ive sent you business from a roommate back in July.
Keep up the good work!! Common courtesy isnt so common any more and your prices and equipment are the best around. No problems.
