The gentleman that checked me in was extremely professional and friendly. This is the first time I’ve had to rent a vehicle to move in a long time and the experience was phenomenal. I’m not sure of the gentleman‘s name but he was probably in his mid 60s and had a beard. 10 out of 10 satisfaction

I just had a hitch installed on my vehicle. This particular U-Haul was recommended by my auto dealer. I initially placed the order through U-Haul corporate and they had entered the wrong one on my order. I called back to correct it, but it still did not appear on the corrected invoice. The owner of this U-Haul in East Providence called to confirm the correct size I wanted. He then called me a day prior to installing the hitch to confirm. I appreciate his attention to customer service. I would certainly use this U-Haul location again.
