Ricardo did a phenomenal job. Went the extra mile and made sure my move was perfect. He deserves a raise! Great guy

I didn't have much of an opinion about the U-Haul location itself, other than it was a lot cleaner and professional-looking than I would have expected. I worked with the same young man at both pick-up and drop-off. Didn't catch his name, but he was very friendly, polite, and courteous.

I have mixed feelings about the truck itself. I was moving in the middle of a snowstorm - the truck handled better than I expected. Figured I'd end up in a ditch, but it got me there safely, though I was driving at about half speed most of the time! Floor was slick (helped with sliding boxes, hurt with trying to walk safely). Was astonished to find no anchor points for bungee cords or straps. Expected my cargo to spill all over the place, but between driving slow and loading wisely, my cargo barely shifted at all, despite only being about half full.

The people there are always friendly and helpful, bit this last rental.... The van smelled horrible. There was cigarette ashes the dash cubby and it was very apparent that whoever had it before smoked in it heavily. Putting on 75 miles in a van that smells that bad when it's winter and you can't roll the windows down makes the over 100 bucks the rental cost fell like a lot.

Everything was smooth and the service was very nice
